ah... perfect Bin solution

Today I went to Holloways beach for my mum's birthday. I saw this bin at a park and saw that the council had taken the smaller bin away and replaced it with a larger bin. There was less rubbish than in most parks i've been to so I think we should replace all smaller bins with this style. The red thing on top stops this bin from over flowing, it also stops animals from getting in.

I think this is ah... perfect bin solution ;-)
